Defence: Very good, but perhaps too good. I would probably drop either Grimes or Atley for a rookie, such as Pittard.

Midfield: No Ablett. Get rid of Greene or Hannebery for him. The other I would probably change into a Maloney or Crouch as well.

Ruck: Kreuzer could be a good POD, but I think Goldy or Mummy would be a better choice. Maybe even Griffin seeing as Sandi will be missing the first 2 months or so.

Forwards: M Clarke= Mitch Clark from Melbourne? IMO you have to have Rockliff, should be a top 3 forward by the end of the year. If you have enough cash, I would upgrade Varcoe or Clark to him.
