Lost but Buddy played well!
Anderson was good and the defence was decent, its just alot of players lacked hunger but its only the Nab so im not concerned at all
Frank and Wanganeen looked out of depth when brought on but Grimley looked really good and appears to have leapfrogged Lowden
Look for Grimes to make a debut this season!

what do you think about anderson for round one? with whitex and puopolo both injured?

Id say he is a very good chance, but most likely in the sub role for the first few rounds

Is rioli going to be good to go by round one?

if he isn't anderson could scrape into the starting 21 :P

If not then Anderson may scrap in but Anderson isnt really a crumbing forward

I like the look of Hill, he seemed to have a good eye for the right pass and was fairly composed with his disposal, 0/3 in frees wasn't great though. He played a bit last year and could be a decent pick up this year. May avoid vest time with a few rooks to debut around him no doubt.
I like the fact Anderson lead our tackle count on the Friday with 7, Sammy with 6, the next best with 3. It's usually a good sign if a youngster can do that.

i like hill, anderson and simpkin hill was great against the tigers with 22 disposals as was simpkin with 18 :) anderson will take time to become what we expect him to be.
