How true is this "I will retire at the end of 2014" declaration?

Like, has anyone seen him actually say it? Was it a tongue-in-cheek comment of was he serious because he could go on for years still...

I think he said he wants to retire at the top of his game and he sees this being at the end of 2014

Yeah, I see a little increase. They've bolstered their midfield considerably through drafting and trading which could help Boyd giving him mroe rests.

But yeah, whatevs. I think he will gun it ;)

Well yes it would seem unlikely, Cox and StevieJ to drop, Chapman is old, Daisy inconsistand and injury prone

Only guys that could be better imo are Robbo, Wright, Martin, Buddster and Rocky

More likely that Robbo won't be much better, Dusty won't improve too much, leaving just Rocky and Wright to be far better than last year

Of course the great man will breakout in a big way, last year was just a prelude, a warm up, get ready for the Taylor Walker show

Quite possibly but i'm looking to get value into my team, no players that will go down except Ablett in my start, and Ablett to be traded to the bolting mid ie Scooter, Gaff, Sloane, Bennell ect before (if he does) drop price ;)

That's what i'm hoping, but might need a good mid to start, need to make sure we are with the high scorers early

I'm not certain the high price players are the way too go here, it's a real shame SJ and Nic Nat are missing round one :-\  I would have had a very nice advantage :-[
