Not many have Waters but there is really no reason not to so no problems there. I'd change van Unen to Pittard though but thats a minor change.
I don't think Kennedy will be a DT superstar. Super star player no doubt but I think he will hover around the 105 mark which isn't enough for me. Go for Redden or Pendles.
Get rid of Wellingham ASAP. This is the biggest flaw in your team. He has FWD DPP so put him in the FWDS if you want to have him (which as a FWD i have no problem with but watch his NAB cup to see what role/position he has)
I'd maybe go Lecca to Knights (at 350k Lecca will only increase what 100k? Not enough to be a good cash cow imo) then upgrade Wellingham to a proper MID premium.
If you want to keep Wellingham move him to the FWDS instead of lecca then maybe varcoe to a rookie then you should be able to afford a decent cheap mid premo like Barlow or Fyfe or someone. If thats not enough for you then Buddy down to Robbo will net you more cash to get a better mid premo.
