Hawkins as F2

Does anyone think Hawkins is good enough for my starting F2? I reckon his only gonna get bigger and better this year and might even have a cheeky little bet on him to beat lance in the Coleman
Everyone is going rockliff so trying for a little pod.
Also what are thoughts on bartel? Not seeing him in many teams and he has the luxury of the dpp this year

Tomahawk averaged 99.1 if you take out his game against WC where he knocked himself out. He's still just 24 years of age so he can get better. He will be ranked in the top 3 for contested marks again and he is a very good chance of taking out the Coleman. A 100+ average is likely for Hawkins and he could push 110 if he continues to improve. He's reasonably consistent for a key forward so he won't have a huge price drop. I predict that he'll be the 2nd highest averaging forward

I'm probably in the minority but I would pick Chappy over Bartel. The bald man will be fired up in round 1 when he faces the Hawks and I think it will set the tone for his season. Higher upside than Bartel IMO.

Only I would have Tomahawk at F3 and definitely Chappy over Bartell.

F2 would mean you'll have to bat pretty deep with a super consistent top 5 or even 6 forward line.

Also, I assume then you'll be passing on all but one of those 'priced' higher ie everyone from Buddy to Boomer.

Leaves you exposed I think, but F3/4 definitely worth a look.

Have had Stevie J as F3 for a while but have swapped him for Hawkins as F3 currently. I have more confidence in Hawkins consistency compared to Stevie J and quite simply I think Hawkins will score more points this year.

Agree with previous comments from meow meow. Hawkins will average at least 100 this year and could end up averaging 110+.

Not sure whether he should be F2. My current F1, F2 and F3 are Cox, Rockliff, Hawkins.

Tomahawk a fair option but not as F2. Needs to be F3 or F4 IMO.
Wouldn't start with either of Bartel or chappy. I would wait to see how the are traveling as upgrade targets
