First Draft (PIC) Please Rate

So this is my first draft for this year.

A lot of the rookies I'm not too sure about yet so please don't complain about them.

The main ones are the premiums and the few mid-priced players I've picked up.

I rate your team as follows
Def: Too many Richmond players I would look at Replacing Newman With Jack Grimes and Ellis with N.Bock or bring Docherty onto the field and replace him with Pittard or Goodes who you have in the mids
Mids: I thnk you have one too many many cash cows in the Midfield i think Brett Goodes place is in defence as most teams have him there. Jack redden is a good unique pick although i prefer Luke Shuey.
Ruck Good POD with Sam Jacobs.
Fwds Another Unique Pick in Zorko havent seen him in many teams can't fault that fwdline

Overall this team can be improved with the backline having an extra premium. The team has 5 Unique Players which is a couple too many but you need unique picks to win supercoach.

Overall i give this team a 7.5/10

Actually quite like this team, ellis i think is a good POD down back but newman i don't think will get any better, look to get rid of him

Since making this team I have changed Ellis to Bock and zorko to walker.

Thoughts?

Considering changing Redden to Toby Greene, saving 50K, what does everyone think?

I would definitely stay away from Newman. Has been on the slide the last couple of years and is very close to retiring. I can only see his scoring output going down. Look at freeing up a bit of cash somewhere and getting in maybe Jack Grimes instead.

i wouldn't go near Greene for mine, GWS will still be rotating players around different positions and managing their workloads....i doubt he will be playing every game in the middle all year....definite prospect in the future though, the kids a ball magnet
