downgrade selwood to whitfield, he is going to be a cash cow. upgrade stevenson to hartlett/grimes? 3 rookies in the backline is to many IMO.
trade setanta to lycett/lee?
downgrade martin to lecras?
and leuenberger is out round 1, so if you have enough cash left over i would maybe choose bellchambers/roughead/ryder?
you should have just enough to do so

after that your team should be 8.5/10
