Which team is better and why? And what should I do with the money left over?

I would go Team 1, if used that extra 200k on upgrading a forward rookie to Varcoe/Byrnes.

Team 1 is my choice structure wise.  Would use the $200k in upgrading a rookie defender to a mid price if cash allows.
Also think the risk with Sandi and his scoring will outweigh any gain by going Goldstein

Yeah get a mid price defender just for added JS.
