Not a bad team first up and no comments on rookies except to watch NAB cup and also elevation to Senior List in Goodes case.

Def: Pretty Standard no issues
Mids: Again solid - Not sure whether I would have Martin in mids but your choice.Maybe move  Martin to forwards to replace Darling and bring in Ball makes $100k cash.
Rucks: Solid
Fwds No issues only above recommendation

Nice side mate.

Can't fault the defence looks real good. Same thoughts for me in the midfield, Darling i'm not so sure about being a young tall forward, possibly put Martin forward and replace him with Christiansen or Hannerbery etc. Nice rucks. Again the forwards have been discussed, I like the premo's youve picked and yeh rookies can I only really be finalised come NAB Cup.

I don't mind the selection of Martin in the mids. You've got the big 3 in there already + JPK, so can afford for Martin to have the occasional off game. And you've got plenty of options with him being DPP.

Moved D Martin to Fwd, & have thrown T Varcoe in to the Mids.

Really like the team now Naste -  Well structured.

Couple of further suggestions for you to consider.
Would prefer Ball to Varcoe though in mids. Maybe even Sandilands or Maric in the ruck.  Ryder may suffer if Bellchambers is given more ruck time this year only a thought though.
Think you have the cash to do both.
