It is done in the trading room when trading -

eg Cox has a R/F Dpp
Say I want to move him forward and upgrade in a rookie - In the Trading Room I would nomnate Cox as forward and then upgrade say Staker to Natanui thus using the DPP Think that is how it is done but have to refresh my memory also when season starts.

When you say 'nominate' (Cox as fwd) does that mean I press the 'T' for trade - for which I can't remember an option for swapping him - or 'S' for swap for which you would need another MPP (a R/F in this case) thus defeating any purpose/advantage this may have. Not sure if I make sense sorry...

Just can not remember exactly how it work but you swap Cox who is currently in rucks and Staker  as Cox can move forward and upgrade Staker to say Nat in the rucks.. (All done in trade room.)  This enhancement was brought in last year where you could trade a forward for a ruck if you had a Ruck with a R/F status.  Same applies for other lines.
