Cam Pederson Ruck/DEf ??????

??? ??? Cam Paderson is named as a multi positional player. What is the use of this? I dont think he will be picked up by coaches Who can he swap with?? WTF :-[ Supercoach error?

Although there are no other Ruck/Def dpp players i'm aware of the usefullness of his dpp is when trading. When trading out a ruck you may move pederson to the rucks and pick up a new player in defence or vice versa

As an example:

1. Start with Pedersen in the ruck and Vlastuin in the backline
2. Once Vlastuin tops out, trade him out and move Pedersen into the backs
3. Trade Naitanui into the ruck

Cash permitting, of course.

They could of made a rookie ruck/def just as a token effort, so atleast had someone to swap him with if u wanted that link.

If I played him it would be as a low defender. When my team was almost full I'd trade out a rookie ruck, Peddersen goes to ruck emerg and then the last def position is filled. Having said that, unless he really shows something in the NAB, no chance. Cheers.

2 games @ 52 last year and no discount given is what took this option off the table.
Sub 200k as most anticipated him to be and he was a serious contender to top up the backline.
But not now.
