Would love some opinions from you guys as you seem to be pretty experienced. If you where in my shoes with this team and cash left what would you do? And would also love some feedback on each line individually and maybe a rating out of 10 for each if you can be bothered. Will be much appreciated! Cheers

There was one move i was contemplating, it was:

Taking out Kennedy and replacing him with Broughton from the backline and filling the vacant spot with Yarran. So its really who do you think will average more out of Kennedy or Yarran. They both had down years averaging around 56 and 60 after both averaging 87 the year before. What i find so promising is Yarran being under Malthouse this year. I thinking he could turn Yarran into a Heath Shaw type player that could average around 100. What are your thoughts on these 2? Who do you think will average higher?

I think Yarran is around 50k more so i might need to downgrade slightly with a rookie but i don't mind as of yet as its still only Jan, so i don't really give a dam about rooks yet.

don't mind that move

think Yarran will average more then Kennedy under Malthouse

think your team looks pretty strong after that cash is even spread Broughton as a 5th forward is strong
'
plan to leave Broughton it defense eventually though right?

Looks pretty good ... no Ablett or Buddy is a big risk ..

Rockliff may end up playing forward so watch him ...
D.Thomas will have plenty of competition for midfield time and points ... and at that price is not worth it in my opinion.
S.Lonergan - don't know much about this bloke ... assume he will get some games at the GC.

Giving advice to people telling them not to get the two best value forwards, wow.

If you don't start Rocky and Thomas then you will already be behind the 8 Ball. Those two are massive value picks as Rocky was down by 16 points on the year before and has said hel'l play midfield and Thomas was down by 13 on his previous year.

Hasn't Thomas had surgery?

Solid Team here first up:

Def: Solid line here with right mix of 4 prems and rookies even if replacing Broughton with Yarran.  As you say may break out if Mick uses him as a Shaw like player but where does that leave Carotts and Scotland,  Make decision based on how used in NAB cup. Rate 9.5/10
Mids: Solid Nice POD with Gaff - 3rd year player and if he can continue improvement like last year has the capability to average 100+  Rate 9/10
Rucks: Standard no issues here 10/10
Fwds: No issues here apart from slight doubt with Daisy due to ankle surgery,  9/10 for this line

Overall rating 37.5/40  Well done

Just need to select right rookies,

Cheers mate! Obviously if Thomas doesn't pull up in time for Rnd 1 or shows bad form in the Nab then i'll swap him for someone like Martin.
