Lachie Neale has returned from his break fit and ready to tackle his second pre-season.

Just quietly, what I saw of him on Friday at training was very impressive.

Seeing a short vid clip on the Freo site ,it looks like he and so many others have bulked up a bit.
it is going to be hard to win a spot for the first round and then keep it.
Looks like a few mid to small forwards putting their hands up.

When I went down to training on Friday it was quite noticeable how much bulk he has put on through his legs.
