Price - $387,900

Position: MID

2011 (Average/Games): 79.7/13

2012 (Average/Games): 75/14

Summary: On the past two seasons alone, i would definitely avoid. But has shown in previous years of averages just above 90. The biggest issue with coon is his dodgy knee, because of his knee he has been playing more forward rather then midfield, and has had interrupted preseasons with a low fitness base. On a positive note Cooney has attended preseason on the first day and is having his "best" preseason since his 2008 brownlow year where he averaged 92.4

Verdict: Keep an eye on him, if he has a full preseason and a solid NAB cup campaign he could be a mid pricer for your midfield. If averages close to 90, he will give a 15 point increase price rise from last season, which is satisfactory.

Predicted Average: 87

At best, might be satisfactory. But he has a knee made of stringy cheese, he plays fwd and yet isn't DPP, and to be frank, he's probably overpriced. Definitely steer clear.
