haha how would you want it to be if you where trading old guys for young guys...... Short term you would want it to be one sided then long term you'd want the other team to have the advantage.... excatly as you said :P

and to be fair the plan was with i think my 5th and final allowed trade was planning  to try and trade Kerr and or Didak for a playing forward and or defender
