Broughton to become a Sun?

Ten News Perth have broken the news tonight that Dockers Defender Greg Broughton will become a Suns player tomorrow.

Broughton has flown up to the Sunshine Coast tonight and will meet with Suns Coach Guy McKenna tomorrow and will also undergo a medical and fitness test.

Brilliant news for both Gregory and fantasy coaches!

Feel he was misused at Fremantle and moving to GC would be a great move for Broughton, definitely a great addition for Gold Coast.

GREG BROUGHTON is currently on his way to the GOLD COAST this evening and will under go a fitness test and a medical test tomorrow with Guy McKenna. It's come to light that Broughton is not overly keen on leaving Fremantle, however it looks as though Ross Lyon does not have him in his future plans, causing some to believe he's being pushed out.
a very raw deal in return. A lot can happen in a year of football.

Gilham also looks to go to the GC.

only pick 37 :o and then Freo gave pick 60 too :o bet there r 16 other clubs that would have wanted in on that deal...

Not sure what the plan is here. You're right Valk surely they have bigger plans for that pick because it's quite obviously favouring GC.

id like to say we would, but apparently we arent making a move at all this year ::)

GB6 was defs worth more than that, i rekn he didnt fit Lyon's plans so they just wanted to move him on for whatever they could get

It's definitely intriguing. It leaves Freo with 17, 37 & 40 - 3 picks in the 1st two rounds.
