The question marks that stand out to me are:

- no Ablett
- Williams (I think you could find a rookie for his spot and free up cash)
- Bradshaw (age?)
- Cross (capable of really big scores?)

I was somewhat disappointed byDalziel - Masten looks to be ahead of himIMO from the Nab cup game!

Not a bad team, but I can't see you averaging 2200 from the get go.  I think Ablett needs to be in any side that aims to average that from the start and in order to fit Ablett into that side, you'll have to downgrade somewhere else.  I think the midfield is a little weak (Cross as a #2 midfielder when his handball to kick ratio is 3:1 and his kicking effectiveness when he does kick is not great and he also doesn't kick any goals)  I agree that Mark Williams is reasonably cheap at $300k but I'd go for a cheaper rookie and use that money to put Ablett into the midfield.
