2012 board cleanout

I have moved the vast majority of posts in the P&T and Rate My boards to their new home in the Archives section, as has happened in the last two years. If you want to rescue one of them which you think is solely relevant to the 2013 season, give me a holler.

I'll now look at setting up the new boards for the 15s mob.
