Like colmullet said get rid of Newman or Lake. Hanley is definitely worth a look. You could also consider Adcock or Hurn, although they're quite inconsistent. Heppell has been fairly consistent, although he hasn't really pulled out any massive scores. Really slim pickings for defenders with the amount of money you have, but those would be my suggestions.

Hanley for an X-Factor (scored 151 against the Doggies earlier in the season)
Heppell for a bit of consistency.
