Are you pretty evenly matched with your opponent, and do they have Ablett? If your POD players are better than his then stick with Ablett. Only change it if you really need a leg up on your opponent, and I'd say probably Beams.

defenders are slightly better but fairly close but mids, rucks and forwards are as follows;
