Start of the week after last round I was on top of the world ranked number 8 overall and in the schools finals plus I had a full team on the park with the imminent return of buddy Franklin!

Fast forward to now buddy never showed up, swanny had a few too many, chappy is scared of flying and nat fyfe can't even watch tv in his hotel room without rolling his ankle

plus suckling.the pairing of him and Birchall of which everyone has either one or the other, and of course I have SUBling!

Plus zorko, Adcock (more like minusvagina this week), Scotty 'cant shake creepy crawly Crowley' Thompson and Giles decide to have a week off,

All I can say is thank god for the top four double chance and unfortunately I hope everyone else is in the same boat!

Agreed. Had not lost a league match all season, then I go on to get pumped by like 100 points this week. And my opponent had S.Shaw and B.Ellis starting. What the flippedy flip!?

Yeah that sucks  :(. I had shocking luck early in the season and was way way lower then I should have been in the overall rankings. However things are turning around now and even with buddy and sidey warming the bench in the last couple of weeks I have been going great, ranked 200th last week for the round with 2550 and 2321 this week which should see me move up in overall. Hope your luck turns around next week!

Unlucky. But I was in a similar boat. That's why this game is hard, why its addictive and why it showers you :P

Trades & cover are gold (especially with this carnage), so you've got to come prepared.

I didn't have Fyfey, but I had Swan(covered by Gibson), Chapman(covered by Martin), and Franklin(covered by Zorko), all ready. Had Ablett captain plus the pair of Suckers & Birch who can't perform together. Also had Scotty T and Giles on my field.
Had 8 sub 70 scores and another two scores in the 70's.


I had lost 3 leagues (two with double chance, one gone) and only one my first league because opponent got unlucky with injuries and had no cover for a donut(probably no trades too). And last league I finished 9th so only fighting for minor premiership.
Finished with 2030.
