Sam Darley for 2013?

What are your thoughts on him for next year? I got him pencilled in for D5 to start of the year as he is a very consistent scorer for a first year player and averages 69.4 if you take out that sub affected game. Will only improve from here on and to me he's got a bit of Birchall about him. Will be a great unique pick if he plays every game.

I think thats mainly because Sheedy is rotating the players around and figuring his best team out. Im sure he rates Darley up there in or around his best 22

That is only 2 rounds ago but what I meant to say is he's still trying to find his best team out of all the young players he's got. I guess we'll just have to wait and find out what he does with Darley because I can feel a Premium coming out of this guy.

its a shame to see Buntine playing, he would have been a nice rook Rd1 next year :-[

I wouldnt touch any second year players that dont have "superstar" written all over them from day 1.

There will be plenty of 1st year rookies that will score just as well as him next year for 100k

THIS. Reading between the lines there seem to be other issues. I've heard Sheeds doesn't like him. And Chocko doesn't like Miles. Hence why they've played stuff all games. When they should have played much more based on form and in a side with a heavy rotational policy.
