My Dream Team Lacks Something......

Feels like the team is 90% there, any obvious flaws (my feeling is the backline is a bit off) please help point out!

B: Hargrave, H Shaw, Hurn, Houli, Kennelly, Myers, N Brown (McKernan, Davis)

M: Montagna, Gibbs, Pendlebury, Bd Ebert, Cotchin, Sloane (Martin, Bastinac)

R: McIntosh, Leuenberger (Warnock, Lobbe)

F: Riewoldt, Higgins, Rioli, Yarran, Hill, Tippett, Mayne (Gumbleton, Tapscott)

There are many obvious flaws
to be honest, i would only keep Hargrave Shaw Montag Gibbs Pendles Macintosh volt and Higgins
the rest is not tooo flash...
