I was on the fox sports news channel and the little box on the right were displaying all the teams and the teams for sunday didnt have there extended benches, looked to have finalised the outs..... eg spurr was out and redden in. I thought the squads were finalisedc some time fri arvo?

I recon they might just cut off the last 3 on the extended bench. See if all of those players are the ones who missed the cut.

Nope, go to the AFL website for the current official teams, and have a look tomorrow arvo for finalised teams.
