Not a lot of quality in that price range. Best I could see would be Mumford (currently injured) or NicNat (inconsistent). Nat seems to have been going better since Cox is spending more time up forward at the moment.

id prefer not to double trade, and have cox as R1, and Big O and Redden on the bench
i guess my options would be goldstein, griffin, nic nat or bellchambers?

All those options with the exception of Nic Nat are good in the short term, but are a little up in the air wrt JS when key ruckman return.  Safest bet is Goldstein due to North's success with him as sole ruckman.  But consider the fact that HMac is back in the reserves this week and he scores shower with HMac in the team.  Griffin should be okay, but Sandi might be a possibility prior to fantasy league prelim/GF.  Ryder is not too far away and Bellchambers was dropped last time all 3 ruckman were available.  Looking at last weeks game though - I would personally suggest Hille will now be dropped - Bellchambers is ahead of him (especially now that he has shown he can kick goals - which is what Hille was useful for).

NicNat not much of a DT scorer, but easily the safest option.  Tough year for our ruck departments.

I have opted to do a downgrade in mids and then trade in McEvoy
i already have jacobs

was also considering bellchambers as unique in alright form but not sure on JS
