Who is the best option. Taking into consideration MPP, JS, SOS and Price

subjective - what do you need, do you have a DPP in your mids that can go fwd already?   Where do you want to cover?

As itch has stated you probably need to give a little more information on what you are trying to achive with your team.

eg do you want a def/mid; fwd/mid dpps; then options Baguley or Couch; if a player with perceived JS then probably Miles as all others may be questionable; and finally if for specific line.

As you can see need will decide vote.
