So my dilemna is  to field Waters or Ellis ? May go with Ellis this week..any thoughts?.. :o

Depends who else you have on your bench. If D9 isn't playing then you might as well field waters and put EMG on Ellis. If D9 is playing, then you're better off fielding ellis and making D9 your emg in case someone else pulls out.

Regardless of waters chances of playing and who your D9 is you stick him on the field over ellis 100/100 times when his named. I wouldnt complicate things when there is no issue.
