Top interview with Skids on 5AA with top bloke Peter Siddle but...

His gf has had a big influence on him and he doesn't drink anymore, but not eating meat? As an elite athlete and big unit of a fast bowler is that wise :o

Heard that too and was surprised. Is the sort of player who uses a lot of energy going through the motions, hopefully doesn't affect his output...

I would have thought it's his size that helps him and a lack of protein will hurt his strength you would think

Yeh sure not eating meet or even MEAT would make me angry, so hopefully this makes him angry on the pitch. But if i see Siddle not trying to knock the heads off the batsmen, or give then batting advise, or tell them to go flower themselves i will be rushing a kilo of snags and a T-bone out to him and tell him to wake up to yourself

but it doesnt do you any good energy wise i would have thought and there is some vitamen that you get from meat, cant remember waht my sister (dietitian) knows but i dont listen to her
