mmmmm i know what you mean by dumping Big O first but i'm sick of being short by $15k-$20k when upgrading others. Thats why im asking about derrickx. if he plays out the year or as many as redden then its a win win. cover and money.

i'd be worried about derickx's JS - i was at the Melbourne vs Richmond game on the weekend and it was clear that derickx's presence in the team affected maric greatly, and as a result maric had a bit of a down game (moreso in actual terms than DT terms) which i'm sure dimma wouldn't be too happy with...

although with vickery out, another tall fwd is needed for the tigers, so vick's season ending surgery could come as a blessing for derry - may be fighting for that spot with brad miller at the moment.
