I envy your team RB, would love to be in your position :D

Your team is really strong...BACKS: great, very strong considering heppel as d7! I worry about the bench though, spurr doesnt look like getting back....maybe consider Yarran @ 250k for D8??? MIDS: love them...priddis is the perfect M6, and your super-premo's (scottyT, selwood, ablett, swan & pendles) are top shelf! RUCKS: again awesome :) congrats on affording Ivan & Jacobs is really solid as well, perfect R2! Pray the Orren gets some games :P FWDS: probly your weakest line but still very good...dont really like seeing both Martin & Zorko on the field, one can be used as M7/F8...also the jelliot, telton combo on the bench worries me immensely! Think you need another premium fwd so you can push Zorks/Dusty, to give you some reliable bench cover!!!!! Also if you wanted a fallen premium, yarran as metioned before & also have a look at colin svia.

wouldnt make any more trades until faced with a donut or another rook maxes out, might be worth downgrading elliot in a game or two to bank the cash for sideways LTI trades or a couple of upgrades if you don't end up needing those trades for LTI

your only problem is your bench cover is a bit thin, would be a lot safer to upgrade elliot to a premium and have zorko for mid/fwd cover but with a bit of luck you should be right, plenty of us will be in trouble from here on in with DEF & RUCK cover i am willing to bet.

Think a lot of coaches are faced with the Sexton Dilemna. He has not made much cash so any trade is virtually a sideways trade.  He does however offer you a DPP to forwards and in that respect is probably worth keeping for the link allowing other cash cows to be upgraded. In your case if you upgrade Elliott to Goodes you have the luxury of swinging Zorko between mids and forwards using Sexton vitually saving trades and strengthening both benches.  4 trades then to use where needed

Thanks Ringo, I think I will keep Sexton purely for that reason you mentioned, he can be a mid/fwd swingman a bit like what Couch is for the people who are stuck with him.

Thanks Jayman! I am considering Yarran but have already done my two trades this week and don't quite have enough cash to go Spurr -> Yarran next week unless Yarran doesn't get him BE (29, he will get it) so maybe Shaw -> Yarran next week? Still think Shaw has cash left in him though...

Yeah Elton and Elliott is my weakest point, although Elliott has been very good the last few weeks, I think his JS is quite good but the Pies do have some stars coming back in soon don't they?

Sylvia doesn't convince me. You, Ringo and Colli have all recommended upgrading Elliott when he maxes out which I think I will do, and hopefully by then Goodes is cheap enough. He will probably drop to low 400k's, say ~420k, and with 90k in the bank I need Elliott to reach about 330k-340k. With him at almost 270k at the moment and still a negative BE he should get there. That would leave me with another prem (Goodes) and one of Martin/Zorko goes to the bench to provide cover for F8 or swap with Sexton and become M7.
