As everyone knows there are a lot of good rookie juniors this year in the midfield. What are peoples thoughts on playing 1 or 2 on the field?

Currently my midfield is:
Gibbs, Selwood, Cooney, Delidio, Dalziell, Martin (shuey, bastinac)

Will it be too weak with two rookies?? is it too weak with two rookies and dalziell?? or is one too many??

Post your midfields up aswell if you wish.

I'm thinking with that midfield the rest of your team might be lacking..

start 2 Rookies in the Midfield, with the majority of quality rookies named as midfielders, you can afford to 2 on the field.

hoo do i get rid of if i have 2 rookies?? is it too weak with dalziell and 2 rookies?

Dalziell is yet to prove himself at West Coast.. and yet to stamp his name in the best 22.

While we all know he is a DT slut, being at a new club will mean he'll have to prove himself, so wait to see how he performs on friday in the NAB cup....

Morabito or Trengrove would be the obvious replacement for Dalziell if he doesnt perform too well in the NAB cup..

and I bet the 180k could be handy for strengthening up some of your other positions...

yeh definitely could do with another premium in my forward line. thanks a lot.

do u think my 4 premiums in my midfield at the moment are strong enough or should i upgrade 1 of them 2 ablett or someone.

4 premiums with 2 rookies should be enough but make sure there is a captain choice between the premiums.

i've gone with a 2 premium, 2 mid pricer and 2 rookie strategy. hoping the mid pricers become keepers and upgrade the rookies. the mid pricers are between 350k - 400k.

I trust either selwood or gibbs to take the captaincy. surely someone over the 400k mark is a premium not a mid pricer??
