Is Scott Selwood a reliable enough 6th mid? He seems to be back in the tagging role and I know how good he can be but is it too much of a gamble when compared to someone like Priddis even??

Mids are Swan, Thompson, Boyd, Ablett, J.Selwood, S.Selwood.

No, look at rocky, mitchell, or if you can afford it stanton

i'd say at 99 avg if you are getting someone go to watson or stanton, or wait till rocky has shown a few more decent scores

wish I did now! brought in Scooter 2 weeks ago as a point of difference and now regretting it. i've still got some trades left so might swap him in a cpl weeks or come finals if he doesn't pick up.

i'll take responsibility for scooters poor scoring last 4 or so weeks - i traded him in as my final mid when he was averaging 110 odd, now he's averaging sub 100 - seemed like he was everywhere every time i saw the eagles playing, now i rarely see him in an entire game - sorry lads

id bring in waton. if you can afford it and got the trades up your sleeve

My midfield is Swan, Ablett, Watson, Ebert, Rocky & S. Selwood
and he is a good 6th midfielder I would trade him out if he was anything more than that...
The reason why he's a great 6th midfielder is
1) he's unique
2) he can either score a 120-150 or a 70-90 making him the inconsistent cherry on top
3) I would trade him out if I had enough trades because I'm trying to go Giles>Ryder, Hargrave>Carrots & Treloar> Robinson
upgrade him if you have the trades!! if you don't its not really a big loss because referring to the first two points he makes a more exciting 6th mid who can either win you the match or make no difference or enrage you

Thrill seekers keep Scott Selwood as 6th mid if he is higher than your 6th mid or is going back to his tagging role try an upgrade to Stanton, Boyd or Thompson is a few weeks!!

with WestCoast playing GoldCoast and North over the coming two weeks, i expect him to start scoring big again (or bigger than he has been recently)

i'd sit for a couple of weeks and then trade him around rd18/19 (when WC start playing good teams)
