Birchall or Suckling

I want to strengthen my back line and bring in one of these from the hawks defensive rebounding duo. I will be getting Carrazzo in next week so which man would you rather? Birchall or Suckling. Both averaging very similar, personal preference for me is suckling but im interested to see what the fan footy community thinks.

Like u said both averaging nearly identical. To me watching the Hawks games they alternate going up the field and sitting back. U really cant go wrong with either as the Hawks style of play suits them

I have Birchall, but if I was you I would go Suckling.

This is not at all based on me thinking Suckling is better or anything, I just think that Suckling is hardly ever in a contest, so his chances of getting injured from a heavy knock are really low. Birchall shows a bit more dash and throws himself into contents a bit more, so yeah that is my reasoning. Really though you can't go wrong, there has been so many games this year where there scores for a game have come within like 1-3 points of each other!

I've got Birchall and would go with him purely based on consistency. His scores read:

118, 80, 81(subbed out at 3QT), 60, 103, 86, 85, 86, 89, 97


Compared to Suckling's:

105, 71, 102, 93, 75, 81, 127, 87, 75, 85, 70, 98

really is a toss of the coin...Suckers for ceiling, Birch for consistency  :P

Sounding like a broken record here but birch for the consistant 85-90's and suckers for the ceiling. Birch for me personally.

For overall, go suckers because he will avg a little more.
For league get birch for consistency.

I will be getting Carrazzo in this week or next but i need a Birchall or Suckling. Leaning towards Suckling despite popular opinion.

Like you said, they'll be very similar over the rest of the year but my preference, due to sublime consistency is the Birch-i-nator!

Really won't be a lot between them though :)
