rookie dreamteamer needs advice!

So i've decided that i've got myself into a bit of trouble with my team, and was looking for some advice, as im running short of trades!  :'(

trades left: 6 (kill me)
cash in bank: $14500 (fmdt)

backs: goddard, lids, suckling, adcock, duffy, dempsey, shaw (bootsma, baguley)
mids: gaj, mitchell, pendles, thompson, hayes, greene (pffifer, sexton)
rucks: Goldstien, nic nat (stephenson, hickey)
fwds: Sidebum, franklin, chappy, stevie j, rooey, tippett, zorko (saad, smedts)

what i was thinking is...
im happy with my fwd line, and my rucks (despite nic nat not being everyones cup of tea!)
my mids are ok... but perhaps hayes is not performing for me as well as i'd like him to be
but my backs worry me.
what i could do: trade out sexton, hickey and bootsma for gibson staley and scotland. downgrades 2 cows for scotland, leaves with 3 trades and my backs 'completed', but my worry is duffy and dempsey are perhaps not strong enough.

thoughts? comments? will appreciate any feedback! :)

why dont you just save the trades, team is ok

would not cut bootsma or sexton... still low BEs I think.

hell I would do big O first to the cheapest non playing ruck if you must do it now.

I see one upgrade there before your team is finished.
Greene --> Swan
That's all you need to do, maybe get Carrazzo in when he bottoms out, but then I'd save those trades for LTIs, and use the rest come finals.

Pfieffer to Gibson & Greene to Priddis. In an ideal world it would be Greene to Swan but you cannot afford that. The likes of Hayes, Dempsey & Duffield will have to suffice for now as cash & trades are a problem for ya. After that I would look to get Carrazzo into your backline in 2 or 3 weeks time.

Yeah at the moment, you need to get the best guys in(cash a big factor too).
So you are better off just copping those donuts, waiting until the byes are over to improve your team. Otherwise your team could end up even worse trading around the byes.
