Plenty of changes required. This is a start regarding some problems with your side:

Hurley - likely to get a heavy suspension if found guilty of assult
Scarlett/Baker/Presti - Not great point scorers. Better players in real life, no good in SC
Maguire - No guarantee he'll get a starting gig
Wells/Burgoyne - Yet to even start full training, slow starts to the year coming up
Kerr- Injury and suspension prone
Mumford - In a time share with Seaby, therefore not big scores coming his way.
S Johnson - Yet to start full training, struggling with his dodgy hip
Burton - Plenty of Crows forwards to share the load so potentially lower scores for Burton
Gumbleton - Hurt his back today, as an injury prone player this is a bad sign

also need a decent captain choice who can provide a consistent score of over 100 each week.

don't start 2 rookies in the forwards. more depth in the rookie mids this year so maybe start 1 or 2 there to increase your cash to upgrade other guys.
