What can I do..??

What can I do for this week? I don't need much of a tweak as I've got a weak opponent in my mini-league but what are my best options in your opinion?
I wanted to bring in Mitchell for Magner but I'm low on players so it's not worth it really.
What about bringing Devon to a midfield and trading him out? I can always trade Clay Smith instead as I have enough..?
Pendles is also killing me...

Just did J.Mac --> Mitchell. I don't know if that's the best...
J.Mac has a bit of money in him but I figured I'd get Mitchell while he's cheap..
