Help to fix a team the DT gods hate!

Last week my team was ravaged by the DT gods at the worst possible time. I went from 2 donuts up to 8 from injuries, suspension and Sandi who might as well have been a zero. After resisting the temptation to hit the delete team button, I'm now starting the difficult process of rebuilding. So I have a few issues to sort out in my team, but there's no way I can deal with everything this week. What should I do first?

My team (bye round in orange, injured/suspended/not playing in red):

DEF: Deledio, Goddard, Adcock, Hargrave, Morris, Ellis, Waters (Shaw, Clarke)

MID: Boyd, Ablett, Thompson, Zorko, Sexton, Horsley (Pendles, Magner)

RUCK: Giles, Stephenson (Sandi, Redden)

FWD: Franklin, Robinson, Porplyzia, Adams, Hall, Lewis, Zaharakis (Beams, Sidebottom)

Bank: $190,200, Trades: 14

Originally I considered Lewis out, now I have bigger issues. Zaha and Sandi are out for long enough and both have to go. Horsley will cost me another donut, and has to be culled. However downgrades beckon this week with Sam Shaw, and me having plenty of cows on the pine.

Currently my thoughts are:
Morris -> S.Shaw
Horsley -> Priddis
Zaha -> Dangerfield

I would then oust Sandi next week (considering Mummy, otherwise probably Cox, although I could also go for Maric this week).
My issue is Priddis is not necessarily a premium (I'd rather Watson and Swan), but I feel like I need to make a change or fall even further behind.

Thoughts on how to salvage this team?

I recon the horse will play so keep him if he gets game

He didn't play reserves on the weekend, so it was a genuine rest.

He'll have a huge price hit. Even more reason to get rid of him before he drops more?

My thoughts would be:

Sandi -> Maric (Or for more risk, Griffin - he seems to smash it when Sandi is out)

Hold on the Horse, he will most likely play this week, looked like he needed the rest.

Trade out Magner if you want to make some cash, then upgrade Morris or Ellis next week with the spare cash.

Priddis is cheap and will be consistent, but I would rather Watson if you could afford him.

Just my two cents

If the horse scores 80. He will only lose 10k.

Thanks so far guys.

Just to clarify my original trade plan btw, for next week I'd then be looking at: Ellis upgrade, Hall downgrade, Sandi side-ways.

I figured this was the week for a defensive downgrade in S.Shaw, as I'm unsure what else will be on offer in the near future. I could trade out Clarke instead too.

I'd be looking at getting rid of Horse next week anyway to avoid a donut, and is he likely to score 80 considering his current form? He's probably more like to get around 50? So like a 20k drop which is a fair bit.

Watson isn't playing this week, so no point getting him in this week. I could wait though, and do a ruck trade instead. However my concern in getting in Maric is that he's missing next week anyway. I'd probably prefer to get a mid or forward upgrade, as I could have ruck cover, but especially in forwards I'm coping a donut with anyone not playing. I'm really not sure who my best ruck option is otherwise though, I guess Maric would be the best bet for the rest of the season.
