Backs
1. Newman - Didn't have him last year and it killed me. As a richmond supporter i couldnt let him go again. Am worried that Hardwick will have us stuffing around with it less in the backline, however he is our go through man, and really should be a lock premium, and top 5 finisher in sc points for a backman.
2. Enright - Gun! No harley back there, plus i like the look of harry taylor more and more, freeing him up from a shut down role, to play a loose cut of man. Soo many times last year he cut off opposition attacks with a mark from an opposition shank which is points town! Add elite disposal and you have a dream fantasy backman.
3. Shaw - think the whole drink driving debarcle got him off on the wrong foot last year. proven point scorer, and i see collingwood as a top 4 side this year. Another year older and will hopefully have worked out how to avoid the deffence tag.
4. Hodge - Under priced. Gun! Hawks will hopefully be back this year and Hodgey will be in the thick of the revival!
5. Gilbee - Under priced for his premium status. Got lost a bit towards the end of last year with the tag and injuries. One of the best kicks in the afl, Couldnt over look!
6. Ladson - Underpriced!!!!! Question marks still over how he is going to come back, but with a new look hawks backline i am hoping he turns into the points machine he was in 2008?
7. Sheppard - Will have a dream points role for sc, however have heard reports he struggled in their intra club. By no means a lock at this stage but am hopeful!
23. Davis - No otten hopefully opens up room for davis. Hope he lives up to pre draft hype!
24. Webberley - Mature age pick in tigers backline. Sublime skills by all reports so will hopefully slot in nicely for rnd 1. Not a lot of competition for the spot! Couldnt possible be worse than mcmahon!

Mids
8. Ablett - Captain. Lock. Enough said!
9. Dal Santo - heard reports he has been tearing up the track during pre season training. Only one of their star studded mid field not to have surgey over the break. Hope i'm on a winner here.
10. Pendlebury - The bloke just oozes class! Have heard good pre season reports and capable of a big score on his day!
11. Trengove - Have a shallow preimium pool in my mids this year as i see them as the easiest way to make some quick dollars. Trengrove will have an immediate impact, and if he cant get a gig in the demons mid field, serious questions will be asked!
12. Martin - Rising star front runner. Silky skills and little competion for mid field sports.
13. Shuey - Former first round pick from memory but been hampered with injuries. This spot really is up for grabs. who ever impresses me during the nab and gets names in rnd 1 has it!
25. Morabito, A 26. Bastinac,   same as last spot, will make extra effort to check these two out!

Rucks

14. Jolly - Intra club form was good. Capable of a big score. Taking a bit of a risk here on a premium traded from another club but think jolly has the smarts and the class to actually better his 09 out put at collingwood.
15. Petrie - Wayyy underpriced. The man touches the ball 8 times and gets 100 points some weeks. Roo's will be better this year and so with petrie. 27. Warnock - Good price and should get a gig. Kruezer needs to go forward and hampson needs support.
28. Lobbe - Which ever rookie priced ruckman gets a gig will fill this spot.

Forwards

16. Riewoldt - Good preseason from all reports. Goes and gets his own ball. Usually wait until the big men start to fire up in the later rounds, but have got a feeling about the roo this year. Brownlow perhaps?
17. Pavlich - didnt have him for the first time last year and he hurt me too much! Never not having him again!
18. Franklin - dropped 8 kgs, moving like he did in 08. Worth the punt at his price!
19. Giansiracusa - Mr consistancy. Good preseason and the dogs being a premiership threat. Looking for a big year out of the pretty boy!
20. Hall - Think the doggies will make room for him. Am very cautious with him though, and is by no means a lock.
21. McPharlin - apparently going back this year, and will hopefully will once again start racking them up, and cutting off oppositions attacks.
22. Gumbleton, 29. Dennis-Lane, 30. Podsiadly,  Last 3 spots are really up for grabs still!

Am worried about my structure, going in very shallow with my mids. Feel it will position me well coming in to finals. Am usually in the top 1000 and would like to keep in that way, but have had a shocking run in finals, and am still yet to take out a flag in a competitive league. Hoping this structure will help me get over my choking ways, and bring me some success in 2010!

Think you've summed it up pretty well some great premiums in all positions.  The 3 starting rookies in the mids + 1 in the backs + 1 in the fwds might be pushing it a bit far - very much a tops and bottoms team which could work really well  but that many rookies are too many imo. Hall very risky imo.

Justin Bieber

#2
strong team.
ladson for me isn't a shoe in to play when fit.

Dal Santo is a great pick as he is very consistent in finishing averages (4 of the last 5 years with averages of 114).

Jolly got high scores due to swans playing style (stoppages). Petrie suspended until round 3 so make sure you have cover.

Watch nab cup to see more of what position gia will be playing.
Hall will also get the best defender each week as the dogs only power forward. risky.

bjrouse

Way too many rookies in the midfield.
Downgrade one of your backs and upgrade one of those kids in the midfield.

I agree with the comments about Jolly by Hellopplz.

You need to take a few more punts with 60-80ppg last year type players to go on to be 100ppg players rather then punt on kids to get you home.

Hopefully Petrie comes good for you

Just my opinion though

All up you have 5 (not including gumbleton, even though he basically is) rookies starting on the field which is way too risky. I can understand people going for 3 rookies in the mid but I think 4 is too many... You've got a pretty solid team, but have a look at getting someone like lachie henderson or dalziell in the back/mid...players who are sure to develop.
