I think a few days ago someone started a poll about which playing line takes importance when upgrading. Generally speaking if the right fwd premium pops up they could be good for a 95-100 avg (johnson, chapman). Only problem is I wont be able to fund a fwd trade to a player around this price tag and bye structure.

So my question is, would heppell or broughton down back still be a worthy upgrade and in a few weeks do a fwd UG to complete?

basically it will be either 7 premium fwd line or 7 premium backline for a few weeks. Which do you prefer?

I would go with whatever line scores you the most points.

generally that is mids, fwds, backs then rucks.

yes this^^
i however take a slightly different approach and i look a the line which is losing points the most.
This year my forwards were looking pretty shabby so i started there first now i`m onto my mids
my backs i`ve done one trade (and that was a downgrade) because my backs have been pretty solid.
Also you need to take in to account any bargin players that might pop up like atm Sam Mitchell is very cheap so a lot of people are trading him in.

Another way to look at it is which line is giving you the most trouble come selection day. Which rookies are you always worrying about being rested or vested, which lines rookies are giving you the crap scores on a regular basis. For me it is my final back rookie that i need to get rid of because they are scoring shyt.
