Not concerned with overall, only going for league. My strategy is to stack with Rd13 players and lose that match and not having to trade at all including the byes whereas most in my league will have to.

My thought is to trade Bugg&Ellis for Suckling/Wilkes leaving me with 14 trades but only having to do 2 more to get a fifth premo mid after the byes. Is this the way to go or can you guys see any other options that I didn't think of?

Your defenders are your weakest line. Getting in suckling is a very good move. I would probably get in a sixth back premo before a forward premo and then the mid premo but it doesn't make much difference. Very nice team!

maybe bugg ellis to suckling spurr as then you will only have 5 rd 13 backs rather than 6
