This isn't umpiring error or bias we're talking about. This is the player/team creating free kicks for himself. I for one definately WOULD want someone like that on my team.

free kicks are supposed to be given because of a rule infraction, in the case of head highs, the tackler potentially injuring the ball carrier. By 'creating' free kicks through ducking , it's in essence the ball carrier potentially injuring themselves.
