The stars basically indicate how many posts a person has made, the more posts you make the more stars you get. I think it is every 500 posts you get a new star but don't quote me on that ;)

The training scout is just another way of counting the posts, but this changes more often. Everyone starts as a bootstudder and then every 100 posts you are promoted to the next position until you become a coach after 1000 posts, then the number of posts between changing position gets longer until you get to 10,000 posts and you become a coaching legend.

The premium reflects what others think of your posts. If people like what you are saying they may "cheer" you and your + premium will go up. If they think you are stupid or trolling or whatever they may "boo" you and your - premium goes up.

the actual name like 'bootstudder' 'coach' etc. depend on your number of posts as well- basically your rank changes like every 100 posts, up until like 1000, when you become a 'coach', then they change every 500 posts (I think) until you become a veteran coach (2500 posts), then at 10 000 posts (HP only :P ) you get 'coaching legend'
