GC's Kyal Horsley elevated

The paperwork for GC's Kyal Horsley to be elevated has been lodged. This comes after a string of injuries to the sun's midfield which should see him get regular games.  Talked up as a top rookie for 2012 he could be a great downgrade option in 3-4 weeks time.
