I know it's an old topic but I DID IT!. it's 2054 in my game and my character is 73 but I DID IT!

We have Brazil, Netherlands and Chile in our group  :(

I had to pick up a Karl Pilkington, young CB.

My formation is 4-2-3-1. Two Wing backs, two limited defenders, the CDMs are Deep Lying and Ball Winning. Attacking three are Winger, CM, Winger (Defensive through the centre of the pitch), and the Striker is a Poacher. Seems to be working well enough, my CM has high stamina so can play out 90 minutes easily. :) Wing Backs struggle sometimes.
