Really need injury advice please!

Was sitting 150th until carrots got his score of 1 and now ive pushed back into the 700's

Team is plagued with injuries
Gaz, Carrots, Fyfe

Got 33k in the bank.

Who should i trade out first is what i have a problem with

I can downgrade clay smith to trelor to trade carrots to scotland
I can trade out gary to murphy,swan,mitchell and then put carrots to scotland
I can downgrade clay smith to trelor and make fyfe into robinson

The problems i face is cover, covering gaz with sheil is a massive loss of points where as i can cover fyfe if necessary with pffieffer or trelor which isnt a very big loss, i think carrots has to go first anyway as his 6-8 week out is a big one

please help

I would go with the first option, or just a straight Carrots > Scotland trade if you have the $$$.
