No point in trading a premium. Just leave him and don't waste a trade. However, if he is constantly missing, that's where you have to worry. 2 weeks isn't really bad. Just wait on him.

I think last week was the week to trade him (I, like many coaches, swapped him out for Sandi). If he returns this week then hold, but missing 2 out of 4 matches due to a sore back is worrying.
