Both of the averages of the players coming in are better than those going out, but i have lost my mid/def link...

Not sure Bugg is worth paying a premium.  Just keep it simple and trade Shaw.

Also, I don't think there is a need for 5 premium mids.  Especially with JMAC, Magner & Shiel all capable of pushing 80+.  Shiel is starting to look very dangerous.
