Trade fwd, def or hold?

Do i keep shaw? If not do i trade down back or move smedts to defence and trade in a fwd? Have $516,400 ranked 1086 and worried with injuries and suspensions about slipping back, any help appreciated!

Any thoughts welcomed and please say who. Looking at Carrazo, Hurn, Bichall or fwd Whitecross, Nroo, side, danger, pearce

backs - Shaw, Lids, Goddard, Broughton, Lake, Bugg, Ellis (Mohr, Morris)

fwds - Goodes, Fyfe, Martin, Buddy, Kennedy (GWS), D. Smith, Porps (Hall, Smedts)

Only like birch out of the def but even he seams iffy ATM
Fwds nroo is travelling nicely wishing I got on that one ATM 
Did get on sidey and danger and have been great. 
Danger will be up and down where as sidey will be solid all year.
looking at your team you need a consistent scorer like sidey
Not another up down player.

I have shaw and fyfe and sticking with them both.
Shaw should be back next week
And just hoping for luck with  and the fact I I'm not going to see the teams before lockout
