Ok i scored a modest 2147 for round 1. A few of my defensive choices costed me a big score. Ie Bugg on Bench, Ellis 39, lake 29 (why did i change hargrave friday evening ill never know), Bad boy broughton 59. Im thinking of benching Lake and giving Ellis another chance. I will not be trading Lake this week but there is a chance he could go next week. So who would you Bench?

Richmond play collingwood so i don't think Ellis will do much better this week.
At this stage Bugg > Lake > Ellis

Ellis over Lake

I'm playing Ellis again this week and hopefully he gets around 60-70...

Yeah agreeing with you whatlez. Honestly Lake was that bad i think he might get dropped. Did not contest any marking contest, i dont think his mentally switched on to play at AFL level. Definately on the chopping block next week.

The marking attempt in the goal square to give away the goal was so funny haha. Expect 60 from Ellis and I'm happy with that. But Bugg over Ellis.

Doubt Lake will get dropped every player has a bad one now and then.

Like most commentators say with Lake 'you take the good with the bad'.

Plus they are starved for KPD's at the moment with Markovic playing as bad as Lake and Williams and Morris still injured.

Seems like a massive waste of money paying around100k extra for a guy you're just going to sit on the bench.

Lake is bound to fire eventually.
