Agreed, he's a good coach with an ordinary list in my opinion.

Very ordinary, and when they don't seem interested themselves, it makes it hard to coach no matter who is trying to do the job.

anyway, it is the coach's gob to motivate his players, it is his job to get them playing well, say all you want but the buck stops with the coach!
